Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing and delivery, any change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. However, once your order is received, you can initiate a return for a full refund.

When will my order be processed?

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our prices are listed tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or related customs fees once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay.
Mythorox is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. For more information about customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@mythorox.com for assistance. We will provide detailed instructions to facilitate your return quickly and efficiently.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by defective, incorrect, or damaged items. If this occurs, please email us at info@mythorox.com with the following:

Our team will review your case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
